Subhas Chandra Basu B.Ed. Training College, a self-financing institution under the Annwesha Social Welfare and Educational Society recognized by the NCTE, vide order No. ERC\/7-75.6(iii) 1\/2007\/7921, affiliated to Vidyasagar University, Midnapur, West Bengal has been successfully imparting quality education to the students of B.Ed.<\/p>\n

The institution organizes various curricular and co-curricular activities relating to the intellectual development of the learners. It also has the opportunities of proper exercise of mental efficiency of the faculties.Regarding academic activities the institution conducts regular classes, mini teaching, practice teaching, demonstrations and practical relating to courses of studies. The institution also conducts Unit Test, Internal assessments, assignments, school survey, locality survey achievement test etc. The institution with reference to academic enrichment involves certain provision like method option, elective option, flexibility to pursue the programme within the prefixed time schedule.<\/p>\n

To provide training to the pupil-teacher the institution organizes proper training regarding teaching, classroom management various teaching skill for improving the quality of teacher education.
\nThe teaching learning activity in the institution is chiefly student centered. The institution provides ample opportunity to each and every learner for their creative self expression through preparation of teaching aids, participating in different co-curricular activities and managing different programmes in the institutions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]\n

My grateful acknowledge is due the inspiration and blessing of Dr. Bijaya Kumar Nayak in the principal of this college (Subhas Chandra Basu B.Ed. Training College) that I have been able to establish of such institute.<\/p>\n

I am also thankful to my all students who have produced the brilliant result in this year (2011-12). Specially I am thankful to Miss Poulami Samanta who occupied the first position in the University. This is really a immense pleasure for me that our institution has tried its best to fulfill the need of the student-teachers through various way. Through out the academic year 2011-12 the college students and teacher, have the noble contribution for the publication of Wall Magazine and the Annual Magazine.<\/p>\n
